The Content365 team: the people who keep a year of posts arriving every morning
Content365 team, from the founder to the operations team: who keeps the studio running each day, and how to run your own posting like a small ops desk.

Most business pages go quiet for a simple reason: nobody owns the job. The owner assumes the nephew will post, the nephew assumes the owner will, and the staff member who once made a lovely festival greeting has moved on. A week passes, then a month. It is not carelessness. It is a job with no name written next to it.
A studio that makes posts for many businesses cannot run that way, so Content365 has named people behind it. This post introduces the Content365 team, from the founding group who built the studio to the operations team that keeps it going every day. Then it shows how you can borrow the same idea for your own business, so that your page has an owner too.
The founder and the core team
At the top is Divyaprakash Jha, Founder & CEO. Beside him sit the three members of the core team: Vaibhav Jain, Vikas Jha and Zeeshan Khan. All four work in AI and machine learning, and they have a decade together behind them, first writing Python software, then machine learning systems, and now AI, with commercial clients the whole way through.
They built the studio itself: how a year of posts is planned, how each day's picture is painted and checked, and how your real logo and details end up on top of it. The full story of how they got here is in the founding team's story, and the company side is in why Content365 makes a whole year at once.
Meet the operations team
A studio that makes a full year of posts for every brand is not only software. It has to be looked after so that it works on every one of your 365 days. That is the job of the operations team, which looks after the studio from one day to the next:
- Charan Nandi
- Omkar Gupta
- Apsiba Pillai
- Satish Pal
- Yash Tanna
- Fardeen Khan
- CV Shadakshari
- Darshan CU
Most owners never think about this side of the studio, and that is how good operations work is meant to feel from the outside: you notice it only when it is missing. The founder and core team designed how a post gets made. The operations team keeps that making going, day after day.

What has to keep working for your post to be ready
Behind a single post sit several jobs that must work on every day of your year. Here is what happens before a post reaches your gallery.
| Before the post | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your details are read | Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and WhatsApp links are taken out of the text before any model sees it |
| The year is planned | 1,825 concepts in 21 families are spread across the months, drawing on 173 image styles and 33 headline styles, with festivals and the financial year on the days they fall |
| The scene is painted | An image model paints a picture for the day with no text in it |
| The picture is checked | A vision model hunts for stray letters and faults, and the day gets as many as three attempts; pictures too close to an earlier one are rejected |
| Your brand goes on | The compositor sets your own logo file and your name, phone, website and call to action on the picture, exactly as you entered them, with no redrawing |
| The day lands | The finished post waits in your private gallery beside its captions: one each for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, and one in Hindi |
If a day never passes its check, it does not vanish. It still arrives, marked with a warning you can see, so you are never left with a silent gap in the year.
The models do the making. People keep the whole system healthy, so that the festival post in October or November, the new financial year post in April and the ordinary Tuesday post all turn up when they should. Each one is a 1080 x 1350 picture with a square-safe centre, and the year can also be saved as a single folder whose gallery works on any phone.
What the team does not do
Being clear about this matters as much as the names.
- We do not post on your pages. You review every day in your gallery, and you or your team post it.
- We do not run ads or manage your accounts. Your logins, replies and messages stay with you.
- We do not make up proof. Ratings, testimonials, awards, guarantees and statistics appear only when you have confirmed them.
- We do not promise followers or sales. The studio gives you a finished post for every day; what happens next is between you and your customers.
- We do not make reels. Today each day of the plan is one finished image with its captions.
Divyaprakash Jha sums up why it is kept this simple:
"Handling your social media is not a big deal. The market has made it a big deal, and it charges people for that. We are AI techies, and we built Content365 to challenge that belief."
Run your own posting like a small operations desk
Here is the part you can use today, with or without Content365. Operations teams keep things running by giving every job an owner, a time and a backup. Your page needs the same three things, plus a short look ahead each week.
| Operations habit | What it looks like in your business |
|---|---|
| A named owner | One person whose job it is to post: you, your son or daughter, or a trusted staff member |
| A fixed time | The same time every day, such as just after opening or after the morning rush |
| A backup | A second person who posts when the owner is away, unwell or at a family wedding |
| A handover note | Where the posts are kept, which caption to use, and which platforms to post on, written down once |
| A weekly look ahead | Ten minutes on Sunday to see the coming seven days, especially festival or offer posts |
| A simple log | A tick against each day in a notebook, so a missed day is noticed the next morning |
| A rule for odd days | If a post does not suit the day, decide in advance whether to swap it or skip it |
Copy the table for your own shop, with real names in the right-hand column. It takes five minutes, and it fixes the most common reason a page goes quiet. For more help with the daily habit itself, read how to post every day on Instagram as a small business, and if you have started and stopped before, see why most businesses stop posting after three weeks.
With Content365, the desk gets lighter still. The calendar in your download folder gives you the look ahead, and the 9 am reminder on the web and on Android gives your named owner a fixed time without anyone having to remember it.
What the team's work costs you
The price does not change with the size of your business. One brand pays ₹3,999 including GST once for the year, which is about ₹11 a day, rather than a bill every month. Adding another brand costs the same ₹3,999 including GST. Hosting of your gallery covers 90 days after payment; past that, it is ₹3,000 a year before GST, or you work from the folder you saved. See pricing for every detail.
"Big brands show up every day. Independent businesses across India deserve the same, and that is why Content365 is ₹3,999 including GST for the whole year," the founder says.
Before paying anything, you can try the studio on your own brand. On the free plan you get 2 posts every 48 hours, without any payment. Sign in with Google to start free, or see finished work on the showcase.

Frequently asked questions
Which people make up the Content365 team?
Divyaprakash Jha leads the company as Founder & CEO, and Vaibhav Jain, Vikas Jha and Zeeshan Khan form the core team. Eight people make up the operations team: Charan Nandi, Omkar Gupta, Apsiba Pillai, Satish Pal, Yash Tanna, Fardeen Khan, CV Shadakshari and Darshan CU.
What does the operations team do?
It looks after the studio from day to day, so that the planning, painting, checking and delivery of posts keep working for every brand on every day of the year.
Does anyone at Content365 post on my pages?
No. Every post stays in your private gallery until you decide to share it, and you or your own staff put it up. Content365 never posts on your pages.
Who checks the pictures before I see them?
First a vision model, which inspects every picture for stray letters and faults and gives each day up to three attempts. Then you, because each day waits in your gallery for you to look at before anything is posted.
Is there a free way to see the team's work?
Yes. Sign in with Google and you get 2 posts for your own brand every 48 hours, without paying anything.
A team behind the post, and you in charge of it
The studio has people looking after it every day. Give your page the same: an owner, a time and a backup. Then let the year be ready, with the yearly plan for ₹3,999 including GST, after you compare what is included.
