Why Content365 makes a whole year of posts at once, and what a small business gets
AI social media posts for small business India, made a year at a time: why Content365 builds all 365 days at once, and what an owner gets in hand.

Think back to the last week your business page went silent. Nobody decided to stop. A supplier came late, someone on the staff took leave, the festival rush began, and every evening the post you had in mind slid to tomorrow. When you asked around for help, the quote was often several thousand rupees a month, which is real money for a shop, a clinic or a coaching class. So the page waited, and anyone who looked you up saw an old date.
That small, repeated gap is why Content365 exists. Plenty of tools promise AI social media posts for small business India, and most of them hand you one picture at a time. We chose to make the whole year in one go. This post tells you why, who is behind the studio, and exactly what lands in your hands.
The trouble with one post at a time
A single post is not hard. Most owners can manage one on a good day. What breaks the habit is the decision that comes with it every morning: what to say today, which picture to use, what to write under it, and whether it should be in English or Hindi. Each question is small. Together, on a busy day, they lose to the customer standing at the counter, and they should.
The usual fixes do not remove that daily decision. They only move it somewhere else.
- A design app gives you templates, but you still pick, edit and type every single day.
- A freelancer makes the picture, but you still brief them, wait for it and chase it.
- A monthly retainer takes the work away, at a price that is often several thousand rupees a month, for as long as you keep paying.
A year made in advance works differently. The thinking happens once, for all 365 days. On the morning itself, there is nothing left to decide except whether you like the post.
Divyaprakash Jha, Founder & CEO of Content365, puts the problem bluntly:
"Handling your social media is not a big deal. The market has made it a big deal, and it charges people for that. We are AI techies, and we built Content365 to challenge that belief."
Who built Content365, and the idea they started from
Content365 is an AI studio built in India. Divyaprakash Jha started it with three colleagues who form the core team: Vaibhav Jain, Vikas Jha and Zeeshan Khan. All four are AI and machine learning professionals, and they have been working together for a decade. Their early years went into Python software, the middle years into machine learning, and the recent ones into AI, all of it for commercial clients.
Across those years one pattern kept repeating. Large companies could pay a team to keep their pages busy. The neighbourhood business could not. It was either asked for a monthly fee it could not justify, or it got no help at all. The team's conclusion was that keeping a page alive had been dressed up as a big, costly job, when with the right tools it is a small one.
For the longer version, read how four colleagues went from Python to AI, or meet the people who keep the studio running.
The founder is just as direct about who the price is for:
"We want every independent business in this country to get the quality that big brands get, for ₹3,999 including GST for the whole year."

What arrives when you order a year
In practice, AI social media posts for small business India ought to mean a finished year, not a blank tool. Here is what one brand receives on the yearly plan. Every line is there for the same reason: nothing should be left for you to work out on a busy morning.
- A picture for every day. 365 images, each 1080 x 1350 (4:5) with a square-safe centre, so one file sits well on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp.
- Words for every day. A caption each for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, and a Hindi one alongside, so you can speak to customers in the language they think in.
- Festivals on the right day. The calendar already knows the Indian festivals and the financial year, and puts each of those posts on the day it falls. Diwali can land in October or November depending on the year, and its greeting is ready either way.
- A year that does not repeat. The plan draws on 365 angles seen through 5 lenses, giving 1,825 post concepts in 21 families, mixed across the months, along with 173 image styles and 33 headline styles. A picture that looks too much like an earlier one is rejected.
- Everything in one folder. All the pictures, captions.csv, prompts.csv, calendar.csv and a gallery that opens on any phone.
- A nudge each morning. Content365 runs on the web and on Android, and a 9 am reminder tells you the day's post is waiting.

The lines we drew around the AI
AI is very good at some parts of this job and poor at others, so we let it do only the parts it does well.
It paints; it does not write. An image model paints a scene with no words in it. The studio's compositor then lays your actual logo over it, along with your business name, phone, website and call to action, copied character for character from what you typed. The model never redraws your logo, so the one on day 300 is the same file you uploaded at the start.
It is checked before you see it. A vision model looks over every picture for stray text and other problems, and each day gets up to three attempts. If a day still fails, it is not hidden or quietly swapped. It reaches your gallery with a warning you can see, and the choice is yours.
It does not invent proof. Ratings, testimonials, awards, guarantees and statistics make it into a post only once your business has confirmed them. If you have not, the post simply leaves the claim out. Our piece on honest marketing without made-up ratings explains why that matters for trust.
It does not see your contact details. Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and WhatsApp links are stripped out of the text before any model reads it. They return to the finished picture from what you entered.
It does not post. You go through every day in your own private gallery, and you or your team put it up. Content365 does not post on your pages, run ads or manage your accounts, and you never hand over a page password.

Before you start: get your details right once
The studio places your details exactly as you give them, so a few careful minutes at the start pay off for the whole year. Go through this checklist before you sign in.
| What to prepare | Why it matters | A small tip |
|---|---|---|
| Your business name | It appears on all 365 posts as you type it | Match the spelling on your board and your bills |
| Your logo | It is placed as uploaded and never redrawn | Use the sharpest file you have, not a photo of the signboard |
| One phone number | Customers call the number they see | Pick the number someone actually answers in working hours |
| Your website, if any | It helps the studio understand what you do | No website is fine; your name and details are enough |
| One call to action | It tells people what to do next | Choose one: call, visit, or message on WhatsApp |
| Claims you can prove | Only confirmed claims are used | If you cannot show the certificate, leave the award out |
Settle one more thing before day one: who will post. It might be you, a family member or someone at the counter. Decide it now, so the morning reminder has a name against it.
What it costs, and how to try it first
One brand on the yearly plan costs ₹3,999 including GST and covers all 365 days. You pay once, not every month, and it comes to about ₹11 a day. A second brand costs the same ₹3,999 including GST and gets its own year of posts. Your gallery stays online for 90 days after you pay. Beyond that, hosting costs ₹3,000 a year (before GST), or you can simply hold on to the folder you downloaded. Our guide to what a yearly social media package should include helps you set this against other quotes, line by line.
None of this needs to be taken on faith. On the free plan you get 2 posts for your brand every 48 hours, and you pay nothing. Sign in with Google to start free and see your own logo and name on real posts. You can also browse finished samples for 25 industries in the sample library.
One more thing is on the way. Partner Rewards is opening soon: it will pay ₹600 for every eligible new paying business you bring in, for people aged 18 and over, terms apply. Applications are not open yet.
Frequently asked questions
Who started Content365?
Divyaprakash Jha is the Founder & CEO. He started the company with Vaibhav Jain, Vikas Jha and Zeeshan Khan, who form the core team, and the four have a decade of shared work behind them, beginning in Python software and arriving at AI.
Why make a whole year at once instead of a few posts a month?
Because the hard part of posting is deciding what to post every day. When the year is planned and made in one go, festivals land on time, the mix of posts stays varied, and your morning job shrinks to looking and posting.
Will Content365 put the posts up on my pages?
No. Every day waits in your private gallery until you have looked at it. Then you share it, or someone you trust does. Content365 never posts on your pages.
Will the posts have spelling mistakes or a strange logo?
The image model never writes words or draws your logo. Your name, logo, phone, website and call to action are placed on top from the exact text and file you gave, so they match what you entered.
Is there a way to test it on my business first?
Yes. Sign in with Google, and every 48 hours the free plan produces 2 posts for your brand without any payment, so you judge the quality on your own name and logo.
Let the year be ready before the busy season is
Your page does not need you to turn into a designer. It needs a post waiting on the mornings you have no time. Try the free posts, then see pricing and get all 365 days for ₹3,999 including GST.
