Two commission states

The growth rate is earned one calendar month at a time, from approved results you can see, and it only ever looks forward.
Applies from your first referral. A purchase earns once the buyer has paid, it was attributed to your link (30 days, last eligible non-self click) and the 30-day hold has passed without a refund.
Only after 50 approved new referred purchases in the previous calendar month. It is not retroactive, it does not carry over, and you re-qualify every month.

How the dates work
- Month 1
50 or more of your referred purchases from this month are approved.
- Month 2
New eligible sales made from the 1st to the last day earn ₹800. Month 1's sales stay at ₹600.
- Month 3
Back to ₹600 unless Month 2 also reaches 50. Nothing is backdated and earlier earnings never change.

- Sales made in the month counted do not upgrade themselves: reaching 50 during a month never raises that month's own commissions.
- Earlier earnings never change. The higher rate applies only to new eligible sales from the 1st of the next month to its last day.
- Nothing carries over. Every month is counted from zero.

Hosting lasts 90 days. After that the business can renew hosting for ₹3,000 a year, or simply keep the folder it downloaded.
Can you get us a better price?
No. There is no unconditional client discount and partners have no special pricing to pass on. The price is ₹3,999 including GST per brand.

Is this a reseller, franchise or distributorship agreement?
No. It is a performance affiliate programme that pays referral commissions only. You get no resale rights, exclusivity, territory, franchise or licence, and your clients buy directly from Content365.
When exactly does the ₹800 rate apply?
Only to new eligible purchases made in a calendar month that follows a month with 50 approved new referred purchases. Reach 50 approved new referred purchases in the preceding calendar month to qualify for ₹800 on new eligible purchases next month. Subject to program terms.
If I pass 50 halfway through a month, do that month's sales become ₹800?
No. Sales never upgrade themselves within the month they are made, and earlier earnings are never recalculated. Passing 50 can only affect new eligible sales in the following month.
Does the growth rate carry over?
No. Each month is counted from zero and you re-qualify every month.
Can I offer my clients a discount?
No. There is no unconditional client discount. Every client pays ₹3,999 including GST per brand.
Do I earn when a client renews hosting?
No. Commission is paid on new eligible purchases only, not on renewals, refunds, self-referrals or leads that never pay.
How and when am I paid?
A commission is approved after a 30-day hold. Approved commissions are paid weekly once your balance reaches ₹600. Tax withholding and reversals may affect what you receive.
Can I earn from partners I bring in?
No. The programme is single level: there are no recruitment rewards and no joining fee.
