In short
- You can read every page without an account.
- The public pages load two advertising scripts: the Meta Pixel, so we can see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visits, sign-ups and checkouts, and the Google tag, so we can see which of our Google ads bring visits and sales. The Meta Pixel does not see what you type and does not run once you are signed in to the studio. The Google tag also runs in the studio, to report each paid order, and with that report it may send Google a hashed (one-way scrambled) copy of contact details you typed into a form. When you create an account, start a brand or pay, our server also tells Meta, with your e-mail address only in hashed (one-way scrambled) form. How they work: Meta Pixel, Google tag.
- Apart from those and Google’s sign-in button, the site’s security policy only lets pages load scripts from this site itself.
- The sample request form does not send anything to our website. It opens your own e-mail app.
- Partner Rewards is not open and collects nothing.
What stays in your browser
If you switch between light and dark themes, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (as c365-theme) so the next page opens the same way. It is never sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
After you pay for an order, the studio also saves a note in local storage (as c365:ads-purchase: followed by the order number) so that the sale is reported to Google only once. It is never sent to us.
The Meta Pixel and the Google tag also save cookies on this site; they are described in the next two sections.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API: measuring our ads
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which ads bring people here and which of those people go on to sign up or buy, the public pages of content365.si load the Meta Pixel, a script from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, and our server tells Meta when an account is created, a brand is started or a payment is made (Meta’s Conversions API).
- What Meta receives from the pixel: the address of the page you are on and of the page you came from, your browser and device details and your IP address (as with any web request), and these events: a page was viewed, the offer page was viewed, a Buy button was pressed (with the price), and a new account was created through Google sign-in.
- What Meta receives from our server: these events: a new account was created, a brand was started (a free preview or Buy now), and a payment was made for a brand plan or AI Studio coins (with its price). With each one: a hashed (one-way scrambled) form of your e-mail address and of our account number for you, and, except for a coin payment, the page address, the pixel’s cookies (
_fbp,_fbc), your IP address and browser type. So that a brand plan’s payment can be matched to the ad, we keep those browser details with your order. - What it does not receive from us: your name, phone number, business details, posts or photos, your e-mail address in readable form, or anything you type into a form. Meta’s automatic collection of form details and button clicks is switched off.
- Cookies: the pixel saves a random identifier in a cookie on content365.si (
_fbp, kept for 90 days), and, if you arrived by clicking one of our Meta ads, that click’s identifier (_fbc, 90 days). If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram in the same browser, Meta may link these visits to your account there. - Where it does not run: in the studio once you are signed in, on the partner dashboard and on the account deletion page.
- How it is used: Meta reports to us which ads worked, and uses the events to show our ads to people more likely to be interested. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy and may process it outside India.
Turning it off: most content and ad blockers stop the pixel from loading, and clearing this site’s cookies removes its identifiers from your browser. Neither stops our server’s events, and the copy kept with an order you started is still sent when it is paid. In your Facebook or Instagram account, “Your activity off Meta technologies” shows what businesses have sent Meta about you and lets you disconnect it, and “Ad preferences” controls how it is used for ads.
Google tag: measuring our Google ads
We also advertise on Google. To learn which of those ads bring people here and which of them lead to a sale, the public pages of content365.si and the studio load the Google tag (gtag.js) for our Google Ads account, a script from Google.
- What Google receives: the address of the page you are on and of the page you came from, your browser and device details and your IP address (as with any web request), and that a page was viewed. When you pay for an order in the studio: that a sale happened, the amount paid in rupees, and our order number for it, so that the same sale is not counted twice. Nothing is sent for an order that a code made free.
- Contact details with a sale: when the tag reports a sale, it may look for contact details you typed into a form on this site, such as the e-mail address and phone number in the brand form, and send Google a hashed (one-way scrambled) copy, so that Google can match the sale to an ad (Google calls this enhanced conversions).
- What it does not receive from us: your payment details, your posts or photos, or anything else you type into a form. The contact form, the only form on the public pages that asks for an e-mail address or phone number, does not load the tag.
- Cookies: the tag saves a random identifier in a cookie on content365.si (
_gcl_au, kept for 90 days), and, if you arrived by clicking one of our Google ads, that click’s identifier (_gcl_aw, or_gcl_gbfor a click in one of Google’s iPhone apps, 90 days). If you are signed in to Google in the same browser, Google may link these visits to your Google account. - Where it does not run: on the partner dashboard, on the account deletion page and on the contact page.
- How it is used: Google reports to us which ads worked and which led to sales, and may use these visits to show our ads again to people who have been here. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy and may process it outside India.
Turning it off: most content and ad blockers stop the tag from loading, and clearing this site’s cookies removes its identifiers. Google’s My Ad Center controls how Google uses your activity for ads.
The studio status light
The status light in the header asks our server’s public health check whether the studio is online. The request carries nothing about you beyond what any web request carries.
What our servers record in technical logs, and for how long, will be described here after review.
Sample requests
When you fill in the form on Get started and press the button, your own e-mail app opens with the message ready, addressed to divyaprakash@askshiva.ai. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and the website stores nothing. Once you send it, we receive your e-mail like any other and use it to reply to your request.
When you order
To make your posts we need your brand details, your logo and the contact details you want shown on the posts, given by e-mail or through the order steps.
- Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and WhatsApp numbers and links are removed from any text before an AI model reads it, whether that model runs on our own machine or on a remote service. The studio places your contact details on the finished posts itself.
- Your posts and gallery are hosted for 90 days from payment, as described on the pricing page.
- We do not take card or UPI details on this website. Payment is arranged directly with the team.
Where order data is stored, which service providers process it, and how long it is kept will be stated here after owner and legal review.
Recent-orders notes
Our offer and industry pages show short notes about recent orders, such as “A spice merchant · 2 days ago”, and how many businesses have bought so far. They come only from orders that were actually paid. They never show an exact time, an amount, a business name, an e-mail address or a phone number.
A note shows your first name and city only if you tick the box for it in the studio, or, for an order paid outside our website, if you told us you agree when we recorded it. Otherwise it says only what kind of business bought. To take your name off, untick the box in the studio or write to divyaprakash@askshiva.ai; the notes stop showing it within a few minutes.
Customer sign-in, where enabled
Customer sign-in is shown only where it has been switched on. If you sign in with Google, we keep the name, e-mail address and profile picture link that Google shares, so we know it is you. A hashed (one-way scrambled) form of the e-mail address also goes to Meta with the events described under Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We never see your Google password. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
Partner Rewards
Partner Rewards is not open yet and collects nothing. How partner data will be handled once it opens is described in the partner privacy notice.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw any consent you gave, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to divyaprakash@askshiva.ai.
We do not sell personal data.
