Today: nothing is collected
Partner Rewards is not open. There is no application form, no partner account and no referral cookie, and the programme collects nothing about you. Reading these pages is covered by the site’s privacy policy, including the Meta Pixel and the Google tag that measure our ads on them.
Data stays in India
Applications will open only after partner data can be stored on an approved, India-located host. That is a condition for opening the programme, not a later improvement.
What we will collect once applications open
- Your name and e-mail address, to run your account and contact you about it.
- Track details you give when applying, such as your agency or channel for Distribution Partners, or your college and confirmation that you are 18 or over for Campus partners.
- Consents: which terms and notices you accepted, which version, and when.
- Training progress in the partner resources.
- Referral link activity, recorded against a pseudonymous partner code: link clicks, and which purchases were credited to you and their status.
- Payout details: your bank account or UPI ID is held by our authorised payout provider. We keep only the provider’s token and reference, not the full account number.
- Tax details such as your PAN, if the law requires them for paying you (see the partner terms).
What we will never collect or show
- We will not store raw IP addresses for referral tracking.
- Partners will never see buyers’ contact details: no names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers of the businesses you refer.
- We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell partner data.
- No advertising or tracking script runs on the partner dashboard. The public partner pages carry only the Meta Pixel and the Google tag described in the site’s privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To review your application and run your account.
- To credit referrals, calculate commissions and pay you.
- To prevent and investigate fraud, such as self-referral or cookie stuffing.
- To meet legal duties, including tax and accounting records.
- To send programme notices about your account and payouts.
Who we share it with
- Our authorised payout provider, to verify your account and send payouts.
- Our chartered accountant and government authorities, where tax or other law requires it.
The named service providers and where each one stores data will be listed here before the programme opens.
The referral cookie
Once referral tracking is switched on, opening a partner link sets one first-party cookie on content365.si. It holds a pseudonymous partner code and lasts 30 days. It is used only to credit a purchase to the right partner. It is not set today.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your account is open. When it closes, we delete them, except records the law requires us to keep (such as payout and tax records), which we keep only for as long as required. Referral activity is kept only as long as needed to credit sales and handle disputes.
Exact retention periods will be confirmed in legal review and stated here before the programme opens.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, you will be able to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or complete it;
- ask us to delete it, subject to records the law requires us to keep;
- withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent ends your participation from then on, but does not undo what was done before.
To use any of these rights or raise a concern, write to divyaprakash@askshiva.ai.
Changes and contact
This notice is versioned with the programme policy. We will tell partners about changes before they take effect. Questions: divyaprakash@askshiva.ai.
