How payment works today
There is no online checkout yet. Payment is arranged directly with the team before an order starts, and you know what you will pay before work begins.
Refunds
Refunds are agreed with you case by case, before work begins. If something is not right, write to divyaprakash@askshiva.ai and tell us about your order.
A full written policy
A full written refund policy, with its time limits and conditions, will be published here before online checkout opens.
Partner commissions
If a refunded order was referred through Partner Rewards, the partner’s commission on it is reversed, or recovered from their future payouts if it was already paid. Your refund never depends on the partner. See the partner terms.
