Joining
Is Partner Rewards open now?
Not yet. These pages explain how it will work. Nothing is collected and no commissions accrue until it opens.
Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in India, with one account per person. Pick the track that fits you: Refer & Earn, Distribution Partners or Campus Partners.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no joining fee, no paid training and no stock to buy.
Do I need to buy Content365 first?
No. You do not need to be a customer to join or to earn.
Am I an employee or a distributor of Content365?
No. You take part independently. It gives no employment, agency, franchise, exclusivity or resale rights.
Earning
When do I earn?
When a business that has never bought Content365 before pays through your link, and the payment is not refunded or charged back during the 30-day hold. Each eligible purchase earns ₹600.
Do I earn for leads or sample requests?
No. Only a captured, verified payment earns. Leads, enquiries and sample requests do not.
Do I earn on renewals?
No. Renewals, including the optional hosting renewal after 90 days, do not earn a commission.
Can I refer myself or my own business?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and businesses you own or control never earn.
How long does a referral last?
30 days from the click. If the buyer clicked more than one partner link, the last eligible link clicked before checkout gets the credit.
How does a Distribution Partner qualify for ₹800?
With 50 approved new referred purchases in one calendar month (India time). Then each new eligible sale in the following month earns ₹800. It is never retroactive and is checked again every month.
Do Campus or Refer & Earn partners get ₹800?
No. The ₹800 growth rate is for the Distribution Partner track. The other tracks earn ₹600 per eligible sale.
Do I earn for bringing in other partners?
No. Partner Rewards has a single level. Recruiting partners earns nothing.
Rules
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
The commission is reversed. If it was already paid, the amount is recovered from your future payouts, and we tell you why.
Can I promote on WhatsApp?
You can share your link in your own conversations with people who know you. Bulk, broadcast or automated messages, and scraped contact lists, are not allowed.
Do I have to say I am a partner?
Yes. Label your posts and messages clearly, as the ASCI guidelines ask, so people know you may earn a commission.
Can I run ads on the name Content365?
No. Bidding on the brand name, impersonating Content365, and promising income or discounts are all prohibited.
Payouts and tax
When and how am I paid?
Weekly, once your approved balance reaches ₹600, through an authorised payout provider to a verified bank account or UPI ID in your name.
Will tax be deducted?
It may be. Commission can be subject to TDS, for example under section 194H, and we may need your PAN. The exact treatment will be confirmed by a chartered accountant before payouts start.
Your data and leaving
What data will you keep about me?
Only what the programme needs, kept in India. See the partner privacy notice. Today nothing is collected.
Will I see the details of businesses I refer?
No. You will see that a referral was credited and its status, never the buyer’s name, e-mail or phone number.
How do I leave?
Write to divyaprakash@askshiva.ai at any time. Commissions on genuine sales made before you leave follow the normal hold and payout rules.
