You are a freelancer with six clients: a dental clinic, two boutiques, a CA firm, a coaching centre and your cousin's hardware shop. Each one pays a small monthly amount, and each one expects a fresh post every day. You spend your evenings in a design app, your weekends fixing captions, and every festival week feels like an exam. A seventh client wants to sign up, and you are not sure whether to say yes or to quietly raise your price so they go away.

This is why so many freelancers search for white label social media posts in India: a way to get the daily design work done by someone else so they can deliver more to more clients. This guide is honest about what that means, how to package a yearly content plan your clients will value, and where Content365 fits in, without pretending to be something it is not.

White label social media posts in India: what the words mean

In most industries, a white label product is made by one company and sold by another under its own name. A social media reseller buys a service at one price and sells it to clients at another, often with their own branding on the dashboard and reports.

Before you build a business on either idea, be clear about what you are actually buying. Ask any provider:

  • Do they run a formal reseller or white-label programme, with written terms?
  • How may you present the work to clients: as your own, as theirs, or as a tool you use?
  • Does the client see the provider's name anywhere, such as in a gallery or a download?
  • Who owns the files, and what happens to hosting after a period?

To be straightforward: Content365 does not offer a white-label or reseller programme. There is no reseller discount, no special partner dashboard and no promise that your clients will never see the Content365 name. What you can do is order a year of posts for a client's brand at the normal price and deliver them as part of your own service. Read the terms on how you may present the work, and if a client asks what tools you use, tell them.

That honesty is good business. Clients rarely mind that you use tools. They mind being misled. Most freelancers who look for white label social media posts in India really want one thing: their evenings back.

Why the real value you resell is your service

When freelancers resell social media content, the posts themselves are only part of what the client pays for. The part they cannot get anywhere else is you.

What a small business owner actually wants from a freelancer:

  • Someone who knows their business. Which product sells in which season, which festival matters to their customers, which phrases they would never use.
  • Someone who checks. Every post reviewed before it goes out. Wrong phone numbers, odd pictures and awkward captions caught.
  • Someone who posts. Many owners will never post every day themselves, even with a full year of designs in hand.
  • Someone who answers. Comments and messages replied to, or at least passed on quickly.
  • Someone who adds local life. A photo of the new stock, a team picture, a local event, things no design tool can make.

If daily design takes most of your week, you have very little time for any of this. Move the design work into one yearly batch and you get your time back for the work clients value most.

Freelancer packages: three ways to build an offer

Here are three freelancer packages built around a yearly content plan. The prices are yours to set; think in terms of your time, your city and what your clients can bear. Agency retainers for daily posting are often several thousand rupees a month, so many small clients look for something simpler.

PackageWhat you doWho it suits
Starter: yearly posts, client postsCollect the brand sheet, order the year, review it with the client, hand over the folderOwners who will post themselves or have a family member who will
Standard: yearly posts plus postingEverything above, plus you post every day on agreed platformsBusy shops, clinics and professionals
Full: posting plus local content and repliesEverything above, plus local photos, monthly offers and comment repliesClients who want a hands-off presence

A few tips that make freelancer packages easier to sell:

  • Price the year, not the month. A yearly content package for clients is easier to compare and budget for, and it removes the monthly chase for payment.
  • Show the year before they pay. A sample of a few days in their own brand helps a client say yes.
  • Write down what is not included. Paid ads, videos, website work, and anything else you do not do.
  • Charge separately for extra brands. A client with two businesses has two brands, each with its own posts.

Our guide to yearly social media package prices explains how yearly pricing compares with monthly retainers, and the guide on what a social media agency costs in India gives the wider picture.

A delivery workflow from first call to the last day

A clear process makes one freelancer look like a small, reliable team. Here is a simple workflow for each client.

  1. Brand sheet. Collect the business name, industry, logo file, website, phone, the call to action they prefer, the platforms they use and the languages their customers speak. Ask what they never want said.
  2. Check claims. Only include ratings, awards or testimonials the client can confirm. If they cannot, leave them out.
  3. Order the year. Create the brand and let the full year be made.
  4. Review together. Go through the gallery with the client, a month at a time if the year feels long. Skip days that do not suit them.
  5. Agree the posting plan. Who posts, on which platforms, and at roughly what time.
  6. Add local posts. Each month, add a few real photos or local offers alongside the planned posts.
  7. Monthly check-in. A short call or message: what worked, what is coming next month, any festival or offer to add.
  8. Year-end renewal. A month before the year runs out, offer the next year.

Honest selling: what you can and cannot promise

Whether you call yourself a social media reseller, a freelancer or a small agency, your reputation travels by word of mouth. Protect it:

  • Do not promise followers, reach or sales. Nobody can guarantee them, and promising them sets up an unhappy client.
  • Do not invent reviews or numbers for a client's posts. Our guide on honest marketing and fake reviews explains why.
  • Do not pretend to design every post by hand if you do not. Say you use tools and that you review every post.
  • Be careful with health, finance and legal clients. Keep their posts general and ask them to review anything sensitive.
  • Be clear about hosting and files. Tell clients where their gallery lives, how long it is hosted and that they get a download folder.

How Content365 fits a freelancer's service

Content365 makes 365 branded posts for one brand, one for every day of the year. For a freelancer, one brand usually means one client.

The price is ₹3,999 including GST per brand for the whole year, not per month, and every extra brand is the same ₹3,999 including GST. There is no separate reseller rate. See pricing for the full details.

What you get for each client:

  • A post for every day. Each one is a 1080 x 1350 (4:5) image with a square-safe centre, ready for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp.
  • The client's real logo and details. An image model paints a scene with no text in it. The studio's compositor then places the client's real logo, business name, phone, website and call to action on top, from the exact text you gave. The logo is never redrawn by the model.
  • Captions every day. Captions are written for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, plus one in the client's own language (Hindi, Tamil, Bengali and 9 more).
  • Festivals and the financial year planned in, on the days they fall.
  • Variety. 365 angles across 5 lenses make 1,825 concepts in 21 angle families, mixed across the year, with near-duplicate pictures rejected.
  • Checked pictures. A vision model checks every picture for stray text and problems, with up to 3 tries per day. A day that never passes still arrives, with a visible warning.
  • No invented claims. Ratings, testimonials, awards, guarantees and statistics appear only when the brand confirmed them.

You review every day in the gallery first. Nothing posts by itself: we do not post on anyone's pages, so posting stays with you or your client, which is exactly the service you sell. Each brand comes as one download folder with all pictures, captions.csv, prompts.csv, calendar.csv and a gallery that opens on any phone. Hosting lasts 90 days from payment, then ₹3,000 a year before GST, or you keep the folder.

You can try it with a client before you commit: the free plan gives 2 posts for a brand every 48 hours, with no payment needed. Sign in with Google and start free. The sample library shows posts across 29 industries if you want to show a client what their year could look like. When the client says yes, order the yearly plan for their brand.

If some of the businesses you know would rather order for themselves, Partner Rewards is a separate option: ₹600 for each eligible new paying business you introduce, 18+ only, terms apply. See Partner Rewards for how it works. It is a referral reward, not a reseller programme.

Frequently asked questions

Does Content365 have a white-label or reseller programme?

No. There is no white-label or reseller programme. You can order a year of posts for a client's brand at the normal price, ₹3,999 including GST per brand, and deliver them as part of your service. Read the terms on how you may present the work.

Can I deliver Content365 posts to my clients?

Yes. The posts are made in your client's brand, with their logo and details, and you get the full download folder. Review every post with the client, and be honest if they ask what tools you use.

How should I price a yearly content package for clients?

Price your own service: brand setup, review, posting, local photos and replies. Many freelancers price the year rather than the month, and charge each extra brand separately.

Will Content365 post on my clients' pages?

No. Content365 does not post, schedule or manage accounts. You or your client post each day after reviewing it in the gallery.

What is Partner Rewards?

A referral reward: ₹600 for each eligible new paying business you introduce, 18+ only, terms apply. It is for introducing businesses that order for themselves, not for reselling.

Spend your time on clients, not on daily design

Clients do not pay you for hours in a design app. They pay for a page that looks cared for and a person who looks after it. Move the daily design into one yearly batch, keep your service honest, and take on the seventh client with confidence. Start with the free posts, then see the yearly plan per brand.
